Jim traveled 500 miles to pickup his SUV from Polly Applebury after working for several weeks on finding the perfect fit. Jim flew into the Kansas City Airport and was picked up by a Woody’s driver. Woody’s is a 5-star dealer, which made a huge difference to Jim. He’s worked with 5-star dealers closer to his home, but Woody’s had the inventory and the selection he was looking for. During his long-distance vehicle search, Jim worked closely with Polly Applebury and with Randall Gann as well. Randall is the Service Manager, and he helped Jim with questions about his SUV. Jim says that Polly is one of the few people he knows that will go out to the lot and walk around a vehicle and answer the questions he had and address the concerns he had over the phone.
