These are great because you can make them and freeze them or keep in the refrigerator and reheat easily. Much healthier than fast food!
Anything you like in your Omelet. Examples: Sausage, Green/Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Diced Ham, Back, Shredded Cheese, Tater Tots/Hash-browns
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees & grease muffin tins.
If you have tater tots or hash browns you are using put those on the bottom of the mixture. Then take small glass or something that will fit down inside and squish them down. Bake for about 10 minutes.
While you are waiting for these to finish cooking you can gather your other ingredients.
After tots are finished lower your oven temp to 350. Add your other ingredients on top of your tots (not your eggs, milk or cheese yet)
After you have all those added whip together 8 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk. Pour in each tin.
IF your choosing to add cheese this is when you sprinkle that on top.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked through.
